About Jiu Jitsu
Jiu Jitsu is a martial art of Japanese origin that is based on ground fighting and grappling techniques. It focuses on harnessing the opponent's strength and redirecting it to one's own advantage. Jiu Jitsu focuses on controlling and subduing the opponent through grappling, joint levers and chokes.
